Location, location, location

The breakfast was extremely inconsistent, the elevator took forever to get anywhere. Our stay was broken up in two charges even though I asked to pay in full but they would not accept payment, then they tried to charge my cc multiple times. For a few different amounts. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Aside from a convenient location this property was a freaking rip off.
