Liked everything except having to wait 10 minutes for the staff because staff is not paying attention to the cameras when there are customers in front.

Everything except when i went to the front counter i waited there for almost 10 minutes. Even though i was already at the front desk i had to Google the phone number so i can call and ask if anyone can come to the front desk and help me because i am here waiting and no body showing up. Very inconvenient experience with staff because this but everything else was great. If management can re train their employees to pay more attention to the front desk so they won't miss any customers this would be really great !

Bed was too hard for me. Shower head is for little people. Way too low. Please put extenders on.

I liked that the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable the ac was very cold made my stay extremely pleasurable
