禁煙の部屋のはずが、タバコの臭いがひどかった

The breakfast was simple coffee, juice and snacks but it was helpful when starting my day. They had security cameras everywhere and a person at the front desk that made me feel a little more at ease despite the location of hotel, it felt safe for my son and I. It’s a simple hotel with decent amenities. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was enough for us to feel comfortable. The staff also tucked in my son’s dolls and they didn’t clean everyday but when I asked for towels they were helpful. I got the booking online with a discount and it was exact amount with no hidden fees. Rooms are non smoking which is great because no smell. The room was clean and no signs of pests

The price was right for what we needed. We were there for a soccer tournament. We had a clean room, fresh towels, a clean fridge, microwave, plenty of light, working AC and two comfortable queen beds, cable, free WIFI and parking. The staff was awesome! Very professional, observant and accommodating. Do not count on continental breakfast, juice machine and do not count on the ice machine because I was disappointed in all of the above. There are vending machines. However, I will stay there again because the room was descent for the price and a temporary stay.

I was only disappointed in the amenities such as the ice machine, juice machine and continental breakfast that was promised in the morning. I was told that there was breakfast bars, juice etc.

Location and staff was friendly

Room was dirty, there were people smoking marijuana right outside my room.
