Nantasket Beach Resort

Very nice room. Bed was a bit saggy. Good lunch at their restaurant, but it was not open for breakfast.

This property was really nice for a weekend getaway! Everything was clean, the staff was super friendly, but my one issue is that the ocean view can barely be advertised as that. The room was on the side of the building and there was another tall building right next door. The so called ocean view is virtually a sliver of water that you can see in between buildings. It was honestly a bit disappointing. Everything else was great though!

No baby changing table in lobby bathroom. This made for a very unpleasant experience at the new restaurant. Had to change the baby on the dirty floor in the handicap stall. Plenty of room for a changing table to be installed. Management should add one (very minor $$ on their part).

Lovely location, with many balcony rooms overlooking the ocean. The rooms are quite large and spacious with a nice bathroom as well. Comfortable beds with good pillows and clean bedding. The balcony had chairs to sit on and it was nice to watch the sun rise.

The property is a bit dated and could use with some modern amenities. USB ports, more outlets, that sort of thing. You can feel that it’s been a long time since the hotel was updated in any way. The bars nearby can be somewhat noisy and there’s not a lot close by that’s open in the morning for breakfast and the like. Hotel does not offer breakfast at all.

Been going there for years and unfortunately the new administration is not keeping it as clean as it used to be ( stains on walls, stains in shower, stains on draperies, shower was draining poorly, the hook on the bathroom door was hanging, paint peeling on ceiling). Beds are good, sheets are clean, towels too. Air conditioning worked well. You have to beg for your final bill (They do give one by email but they can print it also). They charge amenity fees of 22$/day of you book with Expedia and say that you would not have been charged this if you would have booked through their website. Parking is free. Ocean is in front of the hotel. At low tide the beach is there, high tide there is no more beach, it comes almost to the sea wall, so plan your beach day. Beautiful sand beach to take a walk.

We were able to check in early. Couldn’t fight the horrible rain. So cozy though. Walkable

Just stayed overnight. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if ever in town.

Beach front view, beautiful decor in room felt cozy. Couch and fireplace and walk in shower. I found the room to be very clean. Staff so wonderful and friendly.

Location excellent. Great for walking to restaurants. Loved the balconies to watch the sunrise and the roof deck for the sunset. Kind of a maze and confusing to get to our room and the spa. The elevator was a little wonky. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food. I would pass on the spa.
