Used hotel with ParkSleepFly with shuttle to airport with one night stay prior. Was not told that it was valet service with car parking. Left keys with front desk and they take car someplace else and bring it back to hotel when you return. If we knew this we would not have used the service. Didn't realize they have people who take the car and go through the glove compartment Would not use this service again

We arrived, 11:00 P.M. the young man at the front desk made a fresh pot of coffee for us! We waited for our shuttle driver to take us to the airport. 8 days later, I called the hotel, our nice shuttle driver picked us up at the airport 1:00 A.M.! We checked in promptly. The hotel was quiet and we were asleep by 2:00 A.M. We did make it to breakfast before they closed it up. Many options, nothing fancy but good and tasty. We checked out at 11:15. The only issue was the light above the sink did not work. Great service and great price!!

Need new pillows, ice machines that work, wash clothes in the room, and maybe don’t let people sleep in the lobby on the couches.

Nice price and spacious room

Breakfast was good, although a bit repetitive. The black-out shades were awesome. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The coffee was pretty awful. There was only one "easy chair" in our room. The microwave was missing parts, so difficult to use. The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Close to restaurants

That fact that I paid for the room 3 months in advance. And upon arrival was told the place was filled up and I had the last available room. Wanted a handicap accessible room but wasn’t any available. I’m an elderly traveler with health issues and no handicap rails in the bathroom or shower. The ice machine was out of order. And the room was at the other end of the building away from the elevator on the 3rd floor.

We let the front desk know but our room did not have a smoke detector it look like it was taken out and then also in the shower after you took a shower it was leaking from the ceilings

There are better places to stay for the same price of this hotel. Don’t do it. We checked in, my first warning should have been how dirty the floors were at the lobby. We get to our room, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed and quite honestly needed to be shampooed. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left the next morning and went to the holiday inn in Eagan, which is GREAT, and was the same price. Another family member in our group had the same experience with his room. Floors were dirty, hair in the shower, closet was filthy.
