After being there for 3 days we thought we would have our room cleaned, but came back to find it wasn't. We were told by someone at the desk that it would be done the next morning. The next morning I talked with the housekeeper who said she was by herself and would not be cleaning our room. Someone at the front desk he would see what could be done. Fortunately a woman heard our conversation and indicated she was a GM and would see that it was done. And it did get done. But we were also locked out of our room several different days and times. We had to have our key redone several times and even that did not work. The battery was changed in the door scanner and yet a few days later it happened again.

Breakfast was ok. Desk service was poor.

It was a decent room but it had a terrible humid smell to it as soon as we entered. The bathroom was the worst part, based on the smell we found mold behind the toilet, the sink was clogged with dental floss, hair, and god knows what else. When i asked the front desk if they had air fresheners or a drain snake i was told they didnt have any, but they offered to get the sink plunged… which they never came to do, so we unclogged it ourselves with a few straws. With how much came out even with improper tools, i suspect it hadnt been draining for a long time. It was beyond disgusting (pictures attached). We bought some car fresheners for the bad smell out of necessity. I find it hard to believe they didn’t have ANYTHING to fix the problems and its disheartening that they didn't even attempt to provide a solution before brushing us off, which is all i was looking for. I asked for the tools to do it myself, and before i was able to explain the entire situation the front desk staff was more annoyed i took him away from his phone and quickly said “we are fully booked we cant move you” when i never asked to be moved. This all leads me to believe he couldn't have cared less because if its not in his job description, its not his problem to fix. Hospitality is not a fun industry to work in, we were nothing but calm and kind and were met with disregard, and contempt.

Would stay again. Great hot tub and pool area. Thank you

I reserved 2 rooms, one regular room and a handicap accessible room for my dad, who is in a wheelchair. When we arrived there was no handicap accessible room, although I had reserved it months in advance. My dad had to stay at a different hotel. Very very disappointing.

Nothing to like about this place

It looked ok on picture, This is the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed, I feel like I was in a third world country

Rough bed sheets, pillows were terrible, and breakfast was pretty low end and tasteless. Room was smelly. Location was good for dining, though.

Solid place to sleep, quiet. Neighboring rooms smelled very strongly of smoke and weed though.
