Spacious rooms, great sunrise view, close to boardwalk

Trash can in the hallway on floor 2 smelled like it had a dead rat in it the first day we were there. It was taken out! Beds I think we're extremely hard ,I was better off on the couch, pillows were no help either! Parking is not great almost had to park somewhere off site night 3. Also woke up to a homeless man on the lawn next to the boardwalk,when he woke up he was asking anyone on a balcony for cigarettes! Police eventually removed him hours later. Overall I would stay here again I would just bring all my own things pillows, coffee pot, and extra towels. Then to top it off usually vacationers cause some trouble ,well in this case all the local idiots did cause the curfew was in effect at 9or 930pm 7pm if you were a minor, so there was no nightlife had to get permission from police to even get to our hotel! If we had known about this I would probably picked a different hotel out of the curfew zone
