Wasn’t there long enough. Few hours of sleep then back on road. Clean. Breakfast was delicious!

Great location for traveling to South Florida. Good breakfast, nice staff, right off I-10.

Cleanliness Although my husband would have prefer dial soap. Doesn’t wanna smell pretty

Family member and I stayed one night at the hotel. We arrive a little late but the staff were very friendly. The room smell musty and moisture was present. We initially discovered what appeared be mold on the lamp shades. The room seemed to be clean. There was a little damaged spots in the wall over the a/c bit defining. I did have trouble sleeping maybe because of the smell or bed. In the morning, we discovered the ceiling had mold stain like this room had water flooded. I’m glad I was only staying one night because I would have requested a room change. I did report the issue to staff on check out. Just check the rooms.

Very nice for a less than new motel. Staff was friendly. When we visit family in Live Oak again we will stay with you. Grade A-

Good location and convenience

Well I have send a letter stating what we were only there for two hours and checked out no TV, shower hot or cold no in-between beds were two high to get into.

A/C did not work properly. When we came back from dinner, everything in the room was clammy. My nightgown, the floors, the bed linen. I almost slipped on the bathroom floor. We lodged a complaint with the front desk but there were no other rooms available. We slept with door to the hallway open! The smell of dampness was overpowering.
