Lady at front desk was polite, and funny. Room was nice, bed was really tall it was comical trying to get in , needed a step stool lol.

, Don't remember what the price was. But it was a nice hotel, I'm pretty picky, I have nothing to complain about this hotel.

Everything was great. The hotel was clean, the property was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I only have 4 complaints. First, when we arrived at our room with our bags we discovered the room was not clean, it was filthy from the previous occupant. How hard is it to know which rooms are clean and which ones are not? Second, when we went to check-out at 9pm, because we like to travel at night, we were told we couldn't check-out until morning. Well, my response was "that's too bad because we are leaving." The counter attendant was very quick and helpful to remedy the problem and told us she would check us out in the morning and email us the receipt. That was great. Now, for $500 I would expect not to have these issues. Third, when checking in hotel staff informed me I couldn't get the military discount because I booked through Expedia. On the web site it said I had to check with the hotel upon check-in. Again, I was told I didn't qualify because I booked through Expedia. And 4th, I was informed I could get a better rate by booking directly with the hotel. What a let down by Expedia. I am very disappointed about my booking experience with Expedia. Again, for the amount I paid I expected better.

My stay was very pleasant, hotel was very cleaned and staff was very friendly.

Smoke detector was missing the batteries and battery cover, mold in the bathroom, no plug for the tub drain.
