"Disappointed "

We got there the bed covers were stained the dressers had roach droppings. It was dirty behind the tables and our fire alarm was broken it was just hanging there. The only good thing I can say is the staff was very friendly.

Blankets had holes in them, pillowcases had stains. The towels were dirty. Shower had hair in it. The shower head was so dirty and corroded. The front desk manager got an attitude when we addressed the problem and said we didnt have to stay. But we couldn't get a refund because of booking through hotels.com so we had to stay. Overall it was comfortable but these problems could have been avoided

"Mixed bag."

The first impression was not good. The lobby is dismal. However, the room was clean and comfortable. Good bed. Breakfast was fair at best. Would pass on it next time. Plus there was a dead giant cockroach laying on the floor. I told the front desk and they came over with a tissue and removed it without a word. Finally, there were 2 signs taped to the back door. The first said “Door broken. Don’t use”. The second said “ Don’t prop open the door. Snakes and rats will come in.” Glad I didn’t see that one until we were leaving!

"Needs work. "

The breakfast in the morning was terrible. It opened at 6am. I was there at 6:30 am and there was no waffle mix left. I rang the bell at the front desk and got no answer. I left. The hotel seemed run down.

"Beds were terrible."

No because I stay in hotels all over the United States and none of them ever care enough to fix the problem so the next time in that area I will try someone else.

"Excellent"

The room was a little dusty and some of the fixtures could use an update. The stairs were filthy and the breakfast tables hadn't been wiped off, at 6:30 am.

"It was alright not the greatest hotel I stayed in "

It was horrible . Vending machines broken , shower head barely worked correctly, shower curtain had blood and mold, toilet sounded like it was Togo through the floor it was just horrible
