Fairway Inn

Room was not cleaned & ready at time of check in. (@1515). Was told to come back in 1.5 hours. Bathroom was still dirty, sheets/pillow cases not changed, no bath rags in room. Ice machine broken. Breakfast was waffle mix & no syrup. Staff over charged my credit card, 229, which was already withdrawn from Expedia. Then told finds would take 5 days to be refunded. Online said there was a pool & workout facility. There were neither. Staff was seen at all hours, in front smoking.

I was disappointed with the hotel. The housekeeper entered our room while we were still in the bed. She then attempted to argue with us saying she needed us to leave so she could clean the room, even though it was not the checkout time that we arranged with the front desk. The manager Becky was rude and attempted to overcharge us. The staff does not communicate with one another and the manager is very unprofessional. We also had a nonsmoking room, but, you could smell the remnant of smoke and our bedspread had cigarette holes.

The experience as a whole was ok my room was clean but outside of the rooms were horrible. The front area where breakfast is serve was very dirty but the employees along with the manager there was excellent

Bed was so hard pillows were dirty carpet had burn holes in it and the smell of the room was awful!! Very noisy. I wish I could get my money back not what the description said it was!!! Do not stay here unless you want to take bed bugs home with you

The staff at the Howard Johnson's were amazing. They were always friendly and helpful. My room was clean and it has been a very pleasant experience

I found hair on the sheets of the bed and in the bathtub.

Decent stay & clean towels ; good for pop ins when going into town for vacations / holidays . Breakfast was ok - waffles , muffins, cereal , & orange juice & the nonsmoking rooms were fresh. Easily approachable staff & convenience of location to be near burger places & gas stations

I had to check 4 rooms before finding one with bed linens on the bed. The hotel had only three soft drink machines and all were completely empty. The only ice machine did not work. I had to walk to the truck stop next door to get a bag of ice.

Got in the room and the sink was full of bugs as if it hadn't been cleaned or was left from a previous cleaning and rhe dirty water was dumped in there.

Worst hotel ever. Very dirty beds and have bugs on it. Never ever will stay in Howard Johmson hotel.
