Found 2 roaches n cobwebs in room. Did let front desk know upon checking out.

This property has a severe rat infestation; I witnessed rodents in the lobby, fitness center, kitchen food storage, and even guest floors and linen closets. To make matters worse, management is illegally using mothballs throughout the property as a makeshift deterrent. Mothballs are regulated pesticides that are toxic when inhaled in open spaces and are not labeled for this use. Breathing these fumes in a hotel environment is a major health and safety violation. I have reported these conditions to the Hamilton County Health Department and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture."

Room 509 was great! Comfortable bed, hot water with adequate pressure, HVAC worked well. Nothing broken. . No microwave or coffeemaker in room; however, it was very clean in room and entire hotel. Two elevators that were working well and surprisingly pretty fast. Staff were friendly. Price was competitive. Parking was free. Breakfast was fairly sparse (no proteins), but I understand as meat prices are quite high at the moment. Good coffee downstairs. It's not too far from a sketchy part of town but I saw no vagrants anywhere close and no weed smell here so that's good. In Jan. 2026 it's worth the stay.

There was some highway noise but it calmed down around 9pm to 10pm. Otherwise no problem.
