"Exceptional"

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent since the service at the check in until the very last minute. The receptionist that welcome us was very nice and also made us really good recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The room was very organize, clean, and spacious.

"Horrible! Bugs in room. No hospitality."

Don’t stay here unless you enjoy roaches in a room that smells horrible. And definitely don’t bother with the jerk that works the front desk and knows nothing of hospitality. Forget speaking to their joke of a general manager who yells at her customers and has the audacity to tell you it’s your fault if you don’t like your smelly bug filled room.
