El hotel está excelentemente ubicado y tienen servicio de playa a unos 150 metros. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el personal nos atendió super bien y muy amables. La verdad que cumple muy bien en relación precio-calidad y al estar tan bien ubicado pasábamos a cada rato a dejar compras en la habitación o simplemente pasar por el baño entre paseos por la.zona. Las camas son muy cómodas y tiene un frigobar y microondas.

El hotel es básico y le falta mantenimiento, las paredes en algunas partes despintadas y con una remuneración cambiaría mucho su aspecto. Hubiese estado bien que haya alguna taza y vasos.

We checked out of this hotel just one hour after arrival. The room was completely different from the photos — very outdated, poorly maintained, and not clean. The overall property also looked old and neglected. The experience with the front desk was very disappointing. The administrator argued with me multiple times, first giving us one room and then trying to change it. There was also confusion about breakfast — we were told different things and it felt very unprofessional. When we decided to leave, the staff was not surprised at all, which says a lot. Unfortunately, we were not refunded for the two nights we had booked. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

non ci hanno spostato di stanza per esigenze motorie di mio fratello non poteva fare le scale, eravamo al primo piano sopra! non c'è il long check out, dopo l'ultimo bagno a mare o giro sarebbe bello fare una doccia! non sapevamo che le pulizie erano un giorno si e un giorno no, bisogna scriverlo in evidenza! c'è una porta fra due stanze che fa sentire tutti i rumori e voci della camera accanto, vanno murate!

Horrible experience ! They said the checkin is after 1600 and we want at 1610 and there was noboday to help. There was one lady who didnt speak english and acted very aggressively, and said they will not check us in and left . Dont book this place . Stay away or you can be homeless.
