Aqua Hotel & Suites

Muy bien ubicado a la altura de la calle 15 de south beach, muy limpio, baño limpio, buen chorro de la ducha y agua caliente, camas cómodas y limpias.

La realidad versus las fotos que publican no tienen que ver, no hay hervidor para calentar agua o servicio de café, no había forma de apagar el aire acondicionado porque era constante para 5 habitaciones, no se podía abrir las cortinas porque los otros huéspedes te podían ver. El recepcionista antipático, se supone que debería tener más capacitación para atender público. El servicio de limpieza es cada 2 días.

Réception, le soir, acquisition de la clé par un système informatique défaillant,nécessitant le téléphone et le téléchargement d’une application. 45 mn pour obtenir la clé avec aide de la réceptionniste au bout de 30 mn bien qu’elle soit à côté de nous. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel.

Best option to stay in South Miami Beach, as a business trip, it was close to conferences places, beach and ocean’s drive. Very comfortable and nice people.

Great location!

Place has unlimited potential. Just needs some remodeling. TV ridiculously small, no coffee pot, and the bathroom was old and needs updating. Place needs a good renovation to make things work…metal strips on the door, doors difficult to close, no towel bars in the bathroom, tiny sink…

Room was great but the real highlight is our host Damien. He went out of his way to accommodate us , which was not especially easy given some of our health/age related issues. Beside Damien the other staff were always friendly and helpful as well. We’re planning our next trip to Miami in part because of our experience this hotel provided.

Hi, this hotel was booked by travel agents Destination2, as a 1 night stopover before a cruise, we arrived at 10-30pm, we were charged 35 dollars service charge (we were not told this) we were on the 2nd floor, with 2 heavy cases, no lift, we had to drag the cases up the stairs, only when we go into the room it was poorly light with one light not working, the room looked very tired in the dark, 2 single beds, we checked the sheets and they looked clean, but we would shower as it wasn’t in great condition, when we woke up in the morning we saw how poor the room was, lots of holes filled but not painted, most of the furniture had been hand painted and the paint was peeling, there were holes in the curtains, the sette was badly stained and there was no facility to make a drink or anything to drink it out of. I have added a selection of photos, we complained directly to the hotel through their customer survey but apologised for the condition of the room but offered no refund. This is a 1 star hotel not a 4 star.
