Pool wasn’t open and we’re not told at time of reservation. Had an issue with my bathroom, but I should have reported it sooner. They were very responsive when I did. Appreciated

Putting us in room 412 next to the loud elevators that have a 1980s motor… literally rumbles the room… that’s unacceptable for paying customers… most of your one star reviews are complaints about this same issue. Horrible.. after traveling 7 hours and wanting some rest we get out into this nightmare?

I enjoyed my stay at this cozy hotel that is conveniently located off Rt. 95, close to Boston. After my long 4+ hour drive from New Jersey, I was very pleased that the hotel offered an on-site restaurant bar. Feeling exhausted upon checking in, I saddled up to the bar at the Copper House Tavern and enjoyed a relaxing dinner (the clam chowder was excellent!) The hospitable staff treated me warmly and helped me relax after such a long trip. That meal really hit the spot as I was very grateful that I didn't have to venture outside again just to look for a place to eat. It was so convenient! My double room was comfortable and very spacious. The following morning, I enjoyed the variety of complimentary breakfast offerings (bacon, eggs, yogurt, pancakes, coffee, fruit juices, breads, fruits, pastries, etc.) and found everything clean and well presented. This hotel offered very good overall value for my money spent. I will definitely look to stay here again the next time I come back to the Boston area!

The desk chair in my room sagged a little (didn't maintain its height), but that wasn't a huge deal. Other than that, everything was great!

Very comfy room, awesome breakfast, spacious and great TV. Good scent with the soap too.

Bathroom door didn’t lock and there was a ball of dark hair on the carpet which wasn’t ours and hair on the bedsheets that isn’t ours either

My last night there was horrific fighting, screaming, slamming stuff and swearing ALLLLLL NIGHT LONG! Every time it died back down and I fell asleep it started back up again and woke me up. I was staying there to be closer to my mother in law who was in the ICU, and SLEEPLESS night was the very last thing I needed. Never experienced a night so awful in any hotel ever
