Good location and a lot of facilities. The rooms were clean.

Room 410 is against the elevators. Anytime an elevator moved we would hear a loud mechanical noise. And the room was large and spacious, but set up super weird. And the TV was small for the space and far away from the bed and facing away from the couch.

Room was comfortable and relatively clean except for some crumbs left by previous occupant. Breakfast was ample--lots of options.

The manager, Ms. Ruth St. Louis, was arrogant and unpleasant to deal with as well as unprofessional. The hotel staff mistakenly cancelled my reservation, which I learned upon my arrival. It was clearly their mistake, but Ms. St. Louis continued to insist that "we don't make mistakes" (why would I ask a hotel to cancel a reservation that I was driving five hours to stay at?). She did ultimately find me a nice room, but could have spared me the aggravation. Her persistent smirking was off-putting. A simple apology for what was clearly a mistake would have gone a long way.
