"Other than the bathtub not working properly, the stay was good."

THE DRAIN IN THE BATH TUB DID NOT WORK PROPERLY! STANDING IN WATER WH3N SHOWERING IS UNPLEASANT WHEN YOU'RE PAYING FOR A ROOM.

It was clean!

Specifically booked this hotel for the pool and because its halfway from our destination and where we flew in... paid 158$ to get to swim and relax.. get here no pool. No where to go no compensation.. very disappointed to travel across the United States and just get nothing that you pay for!

"Our "go-to" for a day on the lake!"

We love to stay at this location when we visit Lake Pleasant. Staff is very helpful, the location is convenient to everything, and the early breakfast saves us time and money on our way to the lake.

For this price point there is nothing lacking :-).

"Disappointing and uncomfortable."

The bed was saggy and lumpy and could feel the springs poking me. The a/c unit was literally as loud as a jackhammer and couldn't sleep at all. I have very short hair and there were strands of long hair in the shower.
