Springhill Suites by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall

The front desk lady Isahal was extremely helpful and very nice she explained the breakfast hours and the pool hours She got our rooms rooms as close as possible.

Great staff, convenient to offices across street and nearby mall w restaurants. Great breakfast.

I liked that the rooms were spacious.

2 out of the 4 rooms smelled of cigarettes and those rooms had babies in them and when asked to be placed into new rooms if possible, the guy at the counter said he’d look and call to let me know but no calls were ever made, nothing.

The location is great. Near shopping and restaurants. The AC makes a loud sound when it turns on, so we shut it off in order to be able to sleep.

Place was rude employers are rude I asked a month in advance to cancel my reservation. They didn’t do it. The place is dirty.

They might be discriminating against people the staff is not friendly. They ignored my request.

I like the pool was kid friendly like that it was very clean and everyone was nice

a kids friendly hotel and people complaining about the noise so that bother me but beside that everything is good
