Stayed at hotel several times, no issues. However, this time AC didn’t work properly so I moved rooms. AC didn’t work properly in second room either. Also, there was no cover pad on iron.

"Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff"

The hotel has a welcoming lobby, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, the rooms were a letdown—the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the space could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. Unfortunately, due to the poor sleep quality, I wouldn’t stay here again.
