Loved the room and bathroom. Loved the comfort of the lobby sitting area for just hanging out.

We had dinner there the first evening and the menu was limited and food only mediocre. But then found restaurants near by for the other evenings.

"Welcoming and comfortable"

The gentleman at the front desk, Nabil, was excellent. He made our stay as welcoming and pleasant as possible. The staff that we encountered were very pleasant and helpful without being asked. Overall the room was comfortable and quiet. Having the use of a refrigerator was highly convenient.

The room, while generally nice had some issues. It was underlit. Whoever thought that putting, what could only be called a blunted spike, I believe a hanger type post halfway up the inside of the bathroom door should be prosecuted for assault. The both of us kept hitting it at about mid bicept two or three times a day during our stay. Not pleasant to say the least.

"Almost perfect"

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. I'd stay again. I'm deducting a bubble because I got a wake up call I didn't request, and because when my parents arrived to check in there was no front desk attendant to be found.
