Pros: * Delicious and varied breakfast. Cons: * Non-functional swimming pool. * Unjustified charge of 6 dollars. The overall impression could have been much better if not for these two significant drawbacks.

I changed rooms. The first room door was open before I entered put me on edge one of the beds looked slept in . After checkout I was charged for drinking water in my room . I bought my own drinks. The pool was closed for renovation, yet advertised

The hotel and room was nice, I only rated it three stars because I paid for the hotel via Hotels.com, however, the hotel made me pay them at the hotel as well. Need this addressed.

The front desk was not helpful whatsoever. Not rude but provided zero information on our stay as in the amenities like the bar, breakfast, check out time… what floor we were on. The pool was empty like no water. Wasn’t made aware of that! I asked about breakfast and all I got was it’s not free. That’s totally fine but what time is in running til and is it buffet or by plate. Still don’t know.

Hotel listings has indoor pool listed as an amenity. Unfortunately we found after checking in that the pool has been out of service for months. When this issue was brought to the site management, they felt it was most important to talk about reservations through a third party instead of directly with hotel. Management did take accountability for falsely advertising amenities that they did not have available.
