USRoom was ok
No communication with anybody. No # to call. Never returned text/emails. I had a medical emergency after 2 days and had to cancel 5 days. Booking.com was fine with it. NO response from Rim Country. Right at 2 months. Nothing. I’m out $460. I had stayed at this motel 3 times prior and loved it. The owners were great. Now that it is “self serve” you are on your own. Stay away from Rim Country. Terrible
USLocation is very convenient. Check in and check out was easy and smooth.
No hot water on the 2nd and the next morning. Bed are too stiff and ac was a bit loud

The parking area was brutal, spots are real tight
