Shower curtains were too short and made a big water mess on the floor other than that everything else was good.

One paper cup and 2 pods for 2 people, 2 nights. I had to go out early morning to get coffee. Pillow case on inside out. Bed very uncomfortable. Floor dirty so don't walk in the room with bare feet. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Self check-in was fine but no staff on the premises. We had a problem with heater. Tried calling them but answering service gave us a number to text. I repeatedly sent texts and called. I never spoke to or heard from anyone during our 2-night stay. I contacted Booking.com and they couldn't reach the staff either. If there is a problem you will just have to accept it because there is no help available. I would NEVER stay there again.
