The Inn at Leola Village, a Historic Hotel of America

Overall it was a lovely stay. The buildings, room and decor (wonderful vintage feel with lots of artwork throughout the establishment) were all very lovely and the lighting was warm and soft which gave the stay a nice bit of ambiance. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I have nothing bad to say about this establishment, it was a 10/10 experience.

Could not Regulate heat in Suite ?

We spent Valentines night here and they made every effort to make it a great weekend for us!

Beautiful property. Room was large, quaint and cozy. Staff was excellent - basically at your beck and call.

CANCELLED my reservation! Booked a "Girlfriends Getaway Package" thought all was OK. They called me to make a room change and informed me it would be 300 plus dollars more for the package "advantages". I said that the website said room plus extras were "THE" package. Nobody could explain wanting the extra $300 plus dollars. Made a phone call to the front desk, who understood my problem. Said they would get back to me. Two weeks went by so I called the Hotel manager who also did not return my call. Tried one more call to the hotel manager and still never got a call back. I don't like to give my hard earned money to people who do not care about their customers one bit.

I absolutely love this property! The rooms are beautiful, the staff is so helpful, professional and friendly! The cafe and the restaurants have eclectic menus for every appetite. I will be back!
