I have been here multiple times and this luxurious place has never been a disappointment. Everything is first class, beautiful and a relaxing get away for any couple. Beautiful relaxing pool area, we had a king suite with jacuzzi with a very private area. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Definitely give this place a place on your travel list.

The smell of the room, the closet location and space, the impractical drawers, the lack of natural light and ventilation.

The grounds are beautiful; staff is friendly and helpful. I needed a getaway, and this was the perfect place, and I will be returning.

A wonderful venue for our daughter's wedding. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay! We stayed in the little maroon cottage - it has a cute porch to sit outside. King bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for the two of us. Breakfast at La Mattina Cafe - the most wonderful Lattes & pastries. Our daughter enjoyed hair & makeup styling onsite. She looked just beautiful! Wedding outside on the little Piccolo Patio, reception dinner inside at Bella Giardino. Dinner and wedding cake enjoyed by all! This venue will provide stress free wedding planning. They offer an open house in the summer for folks to try all the different entrees, meet vendors (florist, photographer, officiants). Our planner Gianna was ever present on the wedding day. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and wanted to help. Suggestions to make it even more remarkable: Add full length mirror in Bridal Suite, More towel racks in cottage.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and always professional. They took note that this was a birthday celebration and offered a plate of chocolate covered strawberries on arrival and when we returned from dinner we discovered a trail of rose petals on the carpet and on the bed. These were exceptional extra and thoughtful touches. Soaps and other products were lovely.

Would have been nice to have lemonade or ice water available in lobby and hot coffee in the morning. But really no complaints.
