Here for a wedding and there’s an open bar. Alex Jack and Shay Sparkle Wanda are WONDERFUL bartenders. Incredibly kind, quick, friendly, and efficient. They have made the entire evening so easy and enjoyable.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Partridge Inn and can’t recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Jessica for helping coordinate our visit so seamlessly, and an even bigger shoutout to Elizabeth for her outstanding hospitality once we arrived. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, giving us a fantastic tour of the property and highlighting amenities like the pool, rooftop bar, and the truly stunning bridal suite. Every member of the staff we encountered—from the doormen and greeters to the front desk and housekeeping—was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It made such a difference in our overall experience. The Inn itself is absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and clearly very well maintained. We were so impressed with every detail. We can’t wait to come back!

The service was a bit off at the restaurant. It was not all served at the same time . One person didn’t get the meal until everyone was ready finished .

Norman at the Partridge Inn of Augusta exemplifies outstanding customer service. He was incredibly personable and made us feel welcomed from the start. What stood out most was his attentiveness and genuine concern. He went above and beyond when addressing the debris on the car. The night before the attendant on duty parked the car under the trees. Norman's willingness to personally ensure the car was washed, cover the cost and continue to express sincere apology speaks volumes about his character and commitment to guest satisfaction. He is truly an asset to the Partridge Inn!
