The Partridge Inn Augusta, Curio Collection by Hilton

I recently visited The Partridge Inn for the Zyrtec event during the 2026 Master's Tournament overall had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere and charm of the property really stand out, and the service made a positive impression. I especially want to acknowledge Mikeia for her kindness and professionalism—she was welcoming, attentive, and truly made the event more enjoyable. Great customer service like that does not go unnoticed. One suggestion I’d love to share: please consider bringing back the Oyster Rockefeller. That dish was a standout and would be a fantastic addition to the current menu again. Chef A and Tyasia please add it to your menu options.

Hotel is beautiful, service and ambiance top tier. Went with friends and we had a great rooftop experience. Highlight of the visit was definitely Cody. Highly recommend the "Cody Azalea" drink.

The hotel is gorgeous and the valet staff is incredible. Norman, Hank, and Teddie were the best, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a convenient experience. Getting a table for Easter Brunch was a fiasco, we were told that it would no issue the night before, then showed up and were told that we the dining room was full (3 groups of people that were not hotel guests walked right by us and up to the restaurant, were paying $700 per night to stay). I then immediately booked a reservation on open table and they had no choice but to sit us lol. It made no sense. But we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back for the Masters next year.

We always enjoy staying in historic hotels and on the surface this one is nicely preserved. The valet that welcomed us named Norman and the valet who helped when we left named Hank were the best parts of our stay. The room that we had was nice, but the toilet had to be worked on each time it was used to keep from running water constantly . Also, the mirror above the sink had lights out and was the only lighting for the mirror. The hotel has 2 restaurants, and after looking at the menus we decided to have a small meal at the roof top restaurant that has an outside area. When we went outside, there were 4 men smoking cigars so we decided to go back to the inside area of the restaurant. We sat down and waited for about 15 minutes and no one came, so I walked to the bar and asked for someone to wait on us. We ordered cocktails and an appetizer, then order the main course. I ordered an old fashion cocktail and had to send it back twice and it still was not made correctly so I just did not drink anymore. It took 30 minutes for the appetizer to come and over an hour for the main course to arrive. I ordered the sliders with fries and they were both cold. We were very upset by then and decided to leave so I had to once again go to the bartender to ask for the bill. The total dinner bill was $125.00 which I feel was completely wasted.

We had a great visit.Hank who parked our car was phenomenal.He watched out for me.Made sure my car was ready.Was friendly just all around great guy. Kathy, from housekeeping came to our room because my sister had gotten ill and completely cleaned the room in the middle of the night and she did more than we asked.She was fantastic. Moe was the supervisor in charge? And he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and got the care that we needed for my sister. All three of these employees need special recognition for their efforts to make our visit comfortable and pleasant. -from my mom, Melissa Langford

Only stayed for a couple of nights because I was in town for a job interview. Room was clean, spacious, and welcoming. When I first arrived there was a clicking sound coming from mechanical closet in my room. A staff member, Broderick, came by and fixed it in no time. Great experience all around.

The bedding was excellent! Did not have the breakfast. The restaurant meal the prior evening was overpriced and average quality

There was no chair in the large king bedroom and the private balcony did not have pillows / not as pictured on site.

The breakfast was good and bad at times. Food wasn't hot and coffee was too strong. The staff was very nice.

I didn't like that you had to pay for parking. The furniture in the rooms need updated. The pull-out sofa was very old and dirty looking.

$25 for parking one night was ridiculous. I never had to pay to park at a hotel. You would think that parking would be included in the nightly rate of $165 (taxes and fees included). Ripoff!!
