Great place to stay if have an early flight

A perfect place to stay if you have an early flight. So easy to walk to the departure terminal.

5 min walking to the airport Doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel

Staff accidentally provided our room with a rollaway instead of an infant cot. When we rang down they bought it right up and let us keep the rollaway complimentary for our 3 year old instead of them bedsharing with us too. The property was beautiful, I’ve stayed here many times before. My only issue is the pillows. My neck is still causing me grief and a headache nearly a week later - surely no one sleeps comfortably on pillows that big and puffy that you sink into them and they surround you. Made it really hard to maintain correct posture side sleeping and I barely slept all night.

Despite having paid on booking with a reward voucher, the hotel insisted the room had not been paid for and would not oroceed with the reservation until I had proved I had paid. Then the hotel email advising car parking guidance which we followed was apparently to incorrect and we were asked to move the car despite having an hours delay of traffic issues if we agreed. Which we didn’t. Eventually the hotel agreed to valet park the car

I think the room is overpriced, but it is a beautiful hotel.

Cleanliness needs improvement

Have stayed many times and I feel the restaurant isn’t as good as it was , meal very bland and tasteless.

I would provide clearer instructions on how to get to the hotel
