Easy checking in & great rooms

Very difficult for the transport to collect me. The drivers were not allowed to enter the building. Total confusion with the renovations.

Best family room I think we’ve ever stayed in, so big, bright and spacious. Very convenient for our transit through melbourne. Good breakfast, great with the kids

I appreciated the friendly service of the staff and the very comfortable rooms. The airport view was great and so was its close proximity to the hotel. I would choose to stay at this property again. I also appreciated the breakfast options.

Very convenient location to the terminal. Staff were very helpful. There was a queue at check in so other staff quickly jumped in to help. The restaurant was very nice and the wait staff could not be nicer.

I have been repeatedly coming back to stay at the Airport ParkRoyal few times a year for over 5 years. I like it so much that in my opinion it’s the best airport hotel in the world. I have stayed at almost all the airport hotels in the world. And I have given good reviews and always recommended to my friends and spoke highly of this particular ParkRoyal. However, very unfortunately though to my utter surprise I had a bad experience a hurtful one too, just hours before we checked out. I had asked for housekeeping service at around 11:20am, and after breakfast when I went back to our room 730, on the same floor 7, I saw Housekeeping staff just not too far from our room. So, thinking that she maybe the one who might do our room, I approached her and greeted her and asked her if she was going to service our room. When she said yes I told her that she could come in at 11:20am or anytime after that as I was going to go to the gym around that time. At this point it was still before 10am. Then around 11:15am I came out of the room and I saw the same Housekeeping staff but this time further down the hallway. So I walked up to her to tell her we were heading out to the gym so she could get in anytime. I also asked for what we needed in the room. At that point when I saw her sweating I just said in a very friendly manner “you are sweating a lot”, really as a conversation piece and in a friendly manner as a joke. She immediately said this to me angrily - and I quote “you’re cheeky!
