Courtyard by Marriott Reno

Over all the hotel has good placement. Beds and pillows are good. I've stayed here 3 times for work I feel like the curtains could be a little more black out large gaps at the bottom let in tons of light making it hard to sleep with the street lights outside. Can only use Netflix with the upgraded no commercials version? All other courtyards I can use the basic Netflix so that was inconvenient.

This is my go to Marriott whenever in Reno. Great location. Near eateries, grocers and stores and 2+miles to casinos. The rooms are clean. Always have a good night sleep. Wi-fi is fast. You can sign on to Netflix and YouTube on the TV. Hotel staff are warm and welcoming. No resort fees and free parking. Always a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and friendly. My only complaint was that the AC unit in our room turned on, but did not cool our room temperature down enough for our comfort.

Bits of noise of the freeway, but that can’t be helped. It didn’t bother us really the door locks are kind of funky that you have to hold the one from the inside to close it.

This was a disappointment for a Courtyard. The shower head had seen better days, the water pressure in the sink was extremely light, there were only two drawers to put your clothes, and the bedside lights were not working properly. All minor stuff, but when you add them all up, a bit of a disappointment.

Checking in was great. Had to add another night so I called the front desk the next day while still there and she gave me so much attitude. “While you were searching around for prices, we ran out of rooms”. Horrible customer service

The staff was attentive and friendly. They called to check on us when we got into the room. The barista was friendly and fun to interact with. We told the front desk that the toilet seat was loose.
