Türk bir misafir olarak herşey dahil sistemini iyi biliyoruz. Yemek çeşitleri, özellikle ızgarada et, tavuk, balık şeklinde geliştirmek gerekir. Pideleri pişirmeden veriyorlar. Tatlılar keza çok sert geliştilmeli.

The staff were really friendly, the pool was amazing, so many ways to spend your day without leaving the hotel.

1. The people who try to sell attractions don’t have a fix price, we went on a trip to later we come to find out that some of the guests had different prices, for the same trip and number of people involved. ( prices are just a number, argue to get a better deal or get scammed ). 2. The bathroom in my room had a clog in the drainage system, water keeps rising while showering, even pouring outside the shower area. 3. The tiles on the floor need to be replaced as a whole not fixing one and calling it a day. ( major repairs needed ). 4. The AC makes a lot of noise even on the lowest speed. 5. The sun beds need to be replaced by newer ones, more should be added, I had to wake up at 7am just to get a spot early near the main pool, because not enough were available for the whole hotel. Even at the beach you need to capture a spot early, ( after breakfast it’s a challenge to get a free spot ). Same goes for the sunshades. 6. The drinking glasses always had a funky smell, they were only rinsed with water at the bars, had to go for plastic cups always, even for hot drinks couldn’t go for glass. 7. The food is 50/50. Got food poisoning after a few days there. 8. The beach needs more attention, please add more conventional areas to wash your feet after a day on the beach. 9. Add some elevators for god sake, my older mom didn’t go to the beach because there were manny stairs to go down and up, it’s a struggle for older people. 10. The music was very old, when you come to egypt you expect to hear Arabic and Egyptian music, instead its only 1990s music and western relaxed vibes, no action at all. I cant recall how many times we asked they couldn’t care less. If i wanted a western vibe I wouldn’t have come to the middle east, in my opinion they should implement some of the locations culture, it lacks the vibe a lot.
