Everything was great and incredible. It was my first time here, but it won't be my last. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Ramy from the front desk. He was very welcoming and assisted me throughout my stay " I remembered the guest comments written about him here" To be honest, he was very helpful, even when I had some problems at the hotel. He turned them into positive experiences. Thank you, Ramy. You're fabulous. You made our stay wonderful. 100/10 💯

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially the reception team and their manager, Mr. Mohamed Hamed. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, including desserts. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The beach shuttle service was very convenient and well-organized. Plenty of activities available at the hotel.

The internet was occasionally slow.
