I would like to thank Ahmed, Omar, and everyone who assisted us for their warm welcome and outstanding service. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and everything at the hotel was perfect and comfortable. What made it even better was that they allowed us a late check-out for five extra hours without any additional charge, which was incredibly generous. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Struttura fantastica. Camere ampie pulitissime e ben tenute. Personale delizioso, dalla Laundry alla Security, dal Room Cleansing ai camerieri, fino a Mohammed e Rafi con i loro profumi e il caffè. Giardini incantevoli

Non tantissimo spazio in spiaggia. La qualità del cibo è migliorabile, senza campanilismo… un tocco di cucina italiana specialmente nei secondi farebbe la differenza.

✦ Genuinely warm hospitality from arrival. When I pulled up with my luggage, staff immediately asked me to leave it with them and head inside to relax while they handled check-in. I was a bit wary at first, but they were insistent and kind - and everything was perfectly taken care of. ✦ A personal call from the hotel manager. About an hour after settling into my room, the phone rang - it was the manager himself, calling to ask how everything was. I wasn't expecting it at all. A small gesture, but it left a real impression. ✦ A memorable send-off at checkout. The receptionist invited me for an espresso before I left - and before I could finish it, the manager came over personally to say goodbye. He then handed me a bag full of food for the road, since I wouldn't make it to breakfast. I've stayed in many hotels; this has never happened to me before. ✦ Beautiful architecture with an authentic Oriental character. The complex is large and visually striking - sphinxes, ornate lamps, and Arabesque motifs woven into the building itself, not just as decoration. A spacious swimming pool anchors the central courtyard. It has real atmosphere.

◇ Room wasn't ready on arrival. I was sent up promptly, but when I opened the door, three cleaning staff were still finishing up inside. Awkward for everyone - a quick heads-up from the front desk would have helped. ◇ Bathroom odor. There was a persistent smell from the toilet - manageable only by keeping the bathroom door closed. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. ◇ Aging room and non-functional refrigerator. The furniture and fittings show their age, and the minibar fridge wasn't working at all. The room comfort doesn't quite match the warmth of the service.

Great value for money. The location was also really convenient — just a short walk to the sea and to Soho Square, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and things going on. Breakfast had a very wide selection, so there was always a lot to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Понравилось всё. Большая, красивая территория. Есть чем заняться и взрослым и детям. Теплая вода в бассейне. Горки, которые подходят и для детей и для взрослых. Невероятно красивый риф😍

Не всегда хватает лежаков, здесь их занимают заранее и полотенца лежат на них целый день.
