We had a wonderful holiday experience at Concorde El Salam Front Hotel as a group of three. Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The service quality, staff friendliness, and the food were all truly outstanding. The hotel team was extremely professional and welcoming. We would especially like to thank AMR and Rami at the reception. They were incredibly helpful and supportive in every situation. When our flight was canceled, they assisted us with extending our stay for an extra night and were very helpful with the pricing as well. Also, when we arrived late at night, they kindly supported us not only with early check-in but also by offering a better rate. Additionally, they thoughtfully prepared a food box for us (including sandwiches, cheese, olives, and fruits) so we wouldn’t go hungry. The same care was shown when we were leaving the hotel, as they prepared takeaway packages for us again. We would also like to mention Tarık from the housekeeping team, who was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our room was always spotless, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience in every aspect. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again.

Была приятно удивлена. Выбирала недорогой отель на одну ночь. Связалась с персоналом, объяснила, что мы с дочерью будем долго добираться, приедем глубоким вечером, скорей всего, голодные. Очень обаятельный рецепшионист, Марван (если не ошибаюсь), приготовил нам два пакета сухпайка, поскольку кухня уже не работала. Бутеры с колбасой, сыром, оливки, огурчики, фрукты. Вода. В номере нас ждала тарелка с фруктами и сладости. Фрукты нас очень спасли в последующем полёте - авиакомпания не кормила. Отель оооочень милый - чистенько, у нас был выход в бассейн и двор. Завтрак вкусняшный. Большой выбор сыров - я их очень люблю. Яичница в разных вариациях, овощи. Мне было очень вкусно и разнообразно. Очень дружелюбный персонал, утром поймали для нас автобус, который ехал в Сохо))). В общем, ребят, я возвращаюсь назад через неделю, если придётся ночевать в Шарме, я - у вас! Спасибо!

I had a wonderful stay at Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and truly made our experience memorable. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hamed and Mr. Ramy for their incredible support. I had mistakenly booked the wrong hotel, but they went above and beyond to help upgrade and resolve the situation smoothly. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. Mr. Hamed, in particular, checked on us daily and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our stay—he was always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special thanks as well to Mr. Ibrahim from the restaurant. He was amazing—always attentive, supportive, and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The animation team also deserves recognition. They were energetic, friendly, and added so much fun to the atmosphere. Their positive spirit really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay thanks to such a dedicated and caring team. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
