USWe received a late check out. Housekeeping still knocked on our door while I was changing clothes and she did not speak English.
USMeals and drinks were overpriced in my opinion
USLong time Guests of 18 years will NOT be returning. Go elsewhere! New management took over, and from the reservation experience, to check in, the manager Frances doesn’t pick up or return calls. The front desk team is rude and miserable- could care less how your stay was- they actually rolled their eyes at check out when I told them our bathroom sink was falling out. Picture attached! When Kyle was the manager- your stay was effortless, long time guests such as myself sat around and many are writing letters which I’m sure will go in the trash. Guests who checked in yesterday were charged $11 parking fees per night without warning, while the rest of us were charged $10. They weren’t even told there was a fee this year. Housekeeping barely made beds, just threw a roll of toilet paper on the sink and washcloths ON the toilet. Sand was left in the tub as well as all over the floor. Also, elevator 2 has an inspection that ran out in OCTOBER and is sketchy. New mattress are HARD- nothing like that old ones we looked forward to that was always a perfect nights sleep. Go to the Hilton or Holiday Inn- it’s only a little more money for the amenities and customer service you EXPECT on vacation. To the older Caucasian woman at the front desk who rolls her eyes and likes to argue- I think you should find another job- hospitality is NOT it for you.
USUSUSThe amenities. The pools, the 6th floor breakfast place, the pizza and pasta place, (which came in clutch when it was 8:45pm and my kids are starving but I don’t wanna get in the car and drive out. The stores with the umbrellas saved me $35 in umbrella rentals.
The balcony is open forcing me to say hello to my neighbors 😅 .. that’s all I can come up with lol
