USThe Grand is my favorite hotel in ocean city. Clean and comfortable. Facility has everything. 24 hr cafe, pub,ice cream shop,pizza shop,pool bar. Location on the quiet end of the boardwalk. Ocean view from any room.
Absolutely loved the location. Staff was very friendly! Loved all the amenities connected to hotel …. Coffee shop , bike rental, late night lounge , pool. Loved the roominess of the room. ! It was fabulous

Our room wasn't really clean. The artwork on walls had stuff splattered on them. The shower made a horrific noise at a comfortable temp and stopped at highest temp which was too hot to bear. There were two long black curly hairs in my bedding. As a former housekeeper and hair stylist, I understand how that can happen but it still grossed me out.

USUSThe staff were nice, check in/out was smooth, and the location was perfect for us!
Small yellow stain on one of our beds’ fitted sheet, asked for a new one and fixed it. No big deal at all, rest of the room was lovely. Also, it could’ve been due to the amount of people there but there were not nearly enough luggage carts.
