It wasn’t clean , bedding was dirty and there was bedbugs in the room

Leaving

I didn’t like that check in was at 3pm but they need a “little more time to finish cleaning” so at 7pm when I got back the room still hadn’t been cleaned had to make my own bed get pillows cases and they gave us 1 towel. Took them another 30 minutes to come vacuum and wipe everything down

A truly disappointing experience. Staff couldn’t initially find our 2 room reservation. Elevator had a disgusting aroma. Key cards (both rooms) malfunctioned. Both rooms only had one set of towels. Both rooms needed toilet paper. Telephones didn’t work. TVs didn’t work. Light bulbs burnt out.

Rooms were very dirty. Not unkept. Bugs everywhere. Dirty towels. Place was very run down. Place smelled bad as well. I would not recommend staying here.

Rooms were extremely dirty. All the pillow covered and bedsheets had stain. Towels were not cleaned and extremely dirty. Heater was not working m, we were cold entire night. Couple of lamps were not working either. It was late for us and we had long travel day. Otherwise we would have not stayed at this place. @expdia, how can you provide platform to such pathetic property?
