Facilities exceeded all our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area, sauna and complimentary drinks in the mini bar were a lovely surprise. Staff were super friendly and polite. The only things we were a bit disappointed in were the coffee at the breakfast and the pillows we found a bit uncomfortable. Everything was excellent!

"room noise "

The hotel has been a fully refurbished and we went there just for 2 nights and it was windy but if you stay all day inside the room you will hear the wind between the sliding door and even at night you will hear it. other thing is that there was no channels for kids and even the Italian channels ( Italia uno ). but after all the food was good and the stuff too

tv in room had bad signal kept stalling. Limited number of tv stations. technican was sent to check problem not resolved. Car park no tarmac or concrete, lots of soil and dust and bumpy. No live entertainment at the bar in the evenings. As a matter of fact few patrons attending.
