Club Wyndham Harbour Lights

Located on the only seedy block in the gaslamp quarter...surrounded by tattoo parlors, liquor stores, and pawn shops...lots of homeless gathering at night. Can hear all the street noise all night, esp on lower floors. Once inside, facility is great.

Had a mixup with her room. Rachel the general manager was one of the best customer service managers that Have meet. She was understanding and went over and beyond. Her staff was also very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this Hotel.

A bit noisy at night but understandable considering we are right in downtown. Service was good, bed was comfortable. Hot water in the pipes came quickly. The kitchenette was cute and had what was needed.

The hotel itself was very nice. Same with the staff (very friendly). Unfortunately, there were very loud and rowdy people who for whatever reason hung out in front of the hotel until 2:00am in the morning on both nights. On the second night a huge fight broke out right underneath our room involving several people. The hotel security did absolutely nothing about it. It's for this reason that I will never stay at this hotel again.

I am a picky client, but it was very nice stay in the heart of the city, right in center of party. Clean, spacious rooms, nice bathroom and kitchenette, everything is pleasant and equipped. Cons: 5th ave is super noisy at night, no daily room service, no Nespresso on site. Pros: valet fee waived if you attend 1.5 hr lecture at breakfast, nice internet speed included, pastry in foyer in morning, discount given for breakfast at Cafe21 which is absolutely delicious!!! Overall: highly recommended

Feel like in my home but a Suggest at least a room service each 2-3 days and not 4days as established.

I just loved that it suited our purpose for just my husband and Iand a beautiful family wedding

All good nice staff. Rooms where well equipped. Great gym.

Perfect location, easy to walk everywhere. Renovations currently happening but we were heading off before 9 anyway so it didn't affect our stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
