Clean, close to interstate, quiet

It is a pet friendly hotel, but pets are limited to the first floor. It was nice hanging out at the fire pit. Lots of stuff near, not walking distance but a short drive. The lobby area is really cool look and feel. The hotel theam is all over the place, makes it feel like a cabin instead of a hotel.

The front desk attendant seemed annoyed to be working and didn’t greet us upon arrival. He appeared more concerned about whether we had a pet and charging the deposit than making us feel welcome. At the end of the check-in, there was no “enjoy your stay” or offer to answer questions about the area. He did provide the basics—checked us in and mentioned the breakfast time—but that was it. We asked about my wife’s food allergies (celiac), and he simply said to ask again in the morning. The breakfast looked good overall, but unfortunately, there wasn’t anything my wife could safely trust, so we ended up going out instead. Not a big deal, I like to eat out when possible.
