I never was able to stay here they canceled my reservation. Which I didn't find out about until I called no email txt or anything

That my reservation was canceled without me knowing and I had to find a place to rest my family at 1am in the morning

Staff, HARRY & AB, hands down is reason to come back. Shuttle ride to JFK.

Neighborhood, a bit sketchy. Dirty towel, $50.00 early check in was a little steep! Don't arrive early! Few places to eat but not to inviting so BK and ordered pizza delivery from Papa John. Another chair in room would have been nice, chair that was there desk type felt broken.
