TV didn’t work, reported to reception and they had to wait for maintenance to come in next day. Staff not helpful on arrival, quite rude

Nothing.. Everything horrible 😞

The bed and the bathroom were dirty. The toilet was broken. Garbage was left in the room. The blinds were broken. It's just horrible!

"ストップオーバーに便利なホテル"

口コミがあまり良くなかったのでどうかなと思いましたがオーバーストップで寝るだけだからと割り切って予約しました。部屋も清潔で静か。ホテルから空港までのシャトルバスも便利でドライバーも親切で満足しました。

Unable to reach the shuttle because the AirTrain was so packed there was no room for me and my baggage. Although I requested a quiet room, I was given one of the noisiest rooms on the ground floor facing traffic.

"Convenient but not great"

Clean comfortable adequate (but crowded) breakfast, convenient for JFK airport

Very poor soundproofing so constantly disturbed by other guests arriving, chatting in corridor etc. courtesy hotel shuttle phones at federal circle were out of order. Breakfast free but basic and in very crowded dining area
