Royal Palms Hotel

Everyone greeted me....from the Concierge to the yard workers with genuine pleasantness. And it was quiet.

No shuttle to and from airport for single individuals.

Staff is very attentive to the needs of their guests! Transportation at no cost is provided to the Ferry and downtown area from the hotel. It was an easy walk back to the hotel from downtown and to the ferry.

To be honest, this hotel was excellent from the moment of arrival through to checking out. The service of every single staff member was exceptional making my day with every interaction whether it was a greeting in passing or a conversation at breakfast or the reception. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and really would highly recommend this hotel as a place for a business stay or family vacation.

The property and grounds are absolutely outstanding. The staff are also exceptionally superior. However, the Food & Beverage service was incongruously inferior — breakfast was same as a Days Inn, happy hour wines were excellent, but served with Doritos and peanuts! Price fixed dinner and cocktails were grossly over-priced. Too bad, otherwise a quite impressive hotel.

A nice hotel tucked away nicely in a quiet part of Hamilton with easy access to the downtown area and Front Street. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful grounds with lovely gardens and an amazing staff.

Limited times for hotel shuttle in the morning and restaurant hours that were limited with no other on site food available.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Its been a long time since I stayed somewhere that felt like home. The staff was so pleasant and cheerful, the complimentary social hour led to new friendships and all accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but look forward to returning and staying longer.
