Royal Palms Hotel

This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. Special shout out to Greg who didn’t give up on connecting our DVD player to their TV so we could celebrate Groundhog day. The included breakfast was delicious and we appreciated their providing non dairy milk when we requested it. Highly recommend this hotel and my wife and I are looking forward to returning for another vacation.

From arrival to departure every member of staff were friendly and helpful. A delightful garden to relax in and a high standard of cleanliness. I would stay again very happily.

Good location. Complimentary breakfast, evening wine hour and in-room coffee — great for offsetting the high costs on the island.

Too bad the pool was being renovated and there was no hot tub.

The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you from the moment of arrival. The house itself is stunning, clean with good facilities and services

I couldn’t stay long enough

Hotel interiors are lovely, in old Bermudian style. Room was also very clean. Nice neighbourhood.

Our room was right above the stairs, so we could hear people walking up and down the stairs. Wi-Fi quality is location-dependent, but was terrible in our room. Breakfast was very basic. Our room didn't have a kettle at first; we had to ask for one.

We selected this hotel based on previous reviews and on its location, which is close to Hamilton. We were not disappointed. It is an excellent hotel. It is small, intimate well maintained with very lovely and friendly service staff. We booked a mini suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable and both myself and husband slept very well. The property has beautiful gardens and lovely porches to relax. It also has very comfortable areas to enjoy their complementary early evening wine hour. The front office staff a particularly a lovely young woman named Jade Gracious and incredibly helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will return.

This charming hotel offers a delightful experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen (and coffee maker) and a cozy living area that makes you feel at home. The staff is exceptional - friendly, attentive and always ready with fantastic restaurant recommendations and seamless transportation arrangements. Overall, this hotel is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Bermuda, with personalized touches that elevate the experience. Also nice that it's so close to Hamilton (we visited during the off-season).

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palms. Room and facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The property gardens are beautiful, it was so peaceful to sit outside and relax, reading or just sitting on a swing. Stop and smell the roses, delightful. Access to Hamilton and ferry/bus terminals is an easy 10-12 minute walk (on sidewalks!) Public transportation got us most anywhere in Bermuda. We made friends at both the included breakfast and daily wine/beer happy hour.
