Royal Palms Hotel

Beautiful grounds, quick 10 minute walk to bus terminal and Hamilton.

Charming smaller hotel. We’ll managed. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Much more personal attention than the larger resorts. Very nice breakfast included. Complimentary wine reception every evening too. Walkable to town and many restaurants as well as the bus station. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The staff and service are friendly and top notch. The courtyard gardens are beautiful with plenty of quiet spaces to sit and relax among the flowers, trees, butterflies and birds.

Boutique features, not modern brass & glass.

Would’ve liked dining options that were closer to the property. Ascots was closed. The new Palomino was being renovated, so five of our days had construction noise and remnants from Ascots stacked in the parking area. Their soft opening was on Tuesday night, as planned, but there was a frenzy until then. We definitely appreciated the breakfast offering, and the wine & cheese in the late afternoon. There was a buffet offering that was catered for dinner, but I only saw one person eating there during the full week we were there. This was a timing issue and certainly not a permanent. This is a place to stay that requires taxi service if the guest has issues with walking everywhere. There’s no hotel shuttle offered. The shuttle was only available if “one of the boys is there.”

As our cab from the airport pulled up to the beautiful Royal Palms we were greeted by a warm, personable manger to welcome us. The service was incredibly good and the accommodations were distinctive and luxurious. We were pampered the entire visit.

Lovely garden setting! Royal Palms had all we wanted; friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed and convenient location walking distance to downtown Hamilton. We would stay again!

Property and staff were amazing. A little noisy in the mornings due to the scooter traffic, but that is inherent to the island for sure. Beutiful place and wonderful experience. Would recommend to others as well. -Thanks

Very friendly and helpful staff

The continental breakfast was ok. A little more variety with some pancakes vs waffles would be good .Some plain cornflakes vs rice Krispie's would be welcomed

The staircase is always difficult to navigate with a suitcase in these hotels in Bermuda

The Location to Hamilton was excellent. The staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The restaurant "Ascots" was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good and the wait staff was excellent.

The cost to and from the airport was excessive. I know it is expensive to live on the island but $60 per ride was pricey.
