西四環，五棵松地鐵站走路要15-20分鐘。冬天寒風刺骨，如果還有行李搭地鐵是沒有電梯要徒手搬行李上下；不推薦。 酒店旁是重點醫學中心與醫院，文化不同與需求吧 ! 附近街上很少餐廳，倒是很多賣探病用的果籃以及往生用品店。只是旅人，予以尊重。

The clean lady is not professional, always misses something such as forgets bringing in new towels after taking away the old ones.

On our second stay at this hotel we were offered an upgrade to a suite as a normal double room was fully booked. We were also allowed a late checkout. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and is being newly renovated. It looks more like a high end hotel than a Holiday Inn. The staff are helpful and wonderful. The daily breakfast buffet was delightful and the hotel and rooms were well decorated and clean. For families, there's a pharmacy, grocer, and several dining options nearby. And you're not far from an MRT station.

The AC wasn't as cool as it should be, the room was warmer than I would like. And the beds were smaller than standard sized beds.
