Holiday Inn Beijing Chang An West by IHG

First time in China so this hotel gave us a good first impression. Clean, tidy, spacious. Nice big rooms and comfy bed, big bathroom. Friendly staff. We like the pool area and the dining facilities were excellent. Good location and there was a great cake shop in the same street.

This is the second time we stayed in the hotel.Nice people and professional hospitality. We will come again. Strongly recommend.

The room is clean and spacious with well décor. The pillow and bed are comfortable. All staff are very friendly. Good location close to public transport and eateries. There are swimming pool and gym facilities which are particularly important when one cannot go out exercise during cold weather.

The weekday lunch buffet was not worth for value. Limited variety and no high end food at the price of $168 per person. They did not refill the food unless you asked them. Disappointing.
