Holiday Inn Beijing Chang An West by IHG

Very clean comfortable hotel, very good size rooms. Small mall within walking distance and small supermarket across the road but it is some way from a metro station.

I am in the hospitality industry and my family and I visited China for two weeks and our experience at Holiday Inn Beijing was superb. If you are ever in Beijing check out Holiday Inn Beijing Chang An West by IHG Beijing.

1. The staff charged me for another room without my consent and no notification since assume the other room familiar with us; 2. Swimming pool occupied by kids from outside/other than customers of the hotel the whole days, around 20 kids all the time, and noisy since the hotel make it open to the kids learning/training swimming, no enough space even no one lane for the client. I won’t come again, and I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends. And this is the second time I came. I switched to another hotel the same month.

Very good location of the hotel. At the first floor there is a shopping mall with a lot of stores.

Very nice place to stay for vacation.

Lovely hotel , we had a very spacious room on 7th floor. Huge bed which was very comfortable the bathroom was nice and everywhere was very fresh and clean. Good breakfast lots of choice plenty of western options . Although on a busy road was a nice quiet hotel the surrounding area was safe to explore and we found a beautiful bakery just up the road that had the most delicious pastries and also a couple of savoury options. We were there with Wendy an on a tour and it was a very nice hotel especially after reading reviews about Chinese hotel rooms smelling of smoke. .
