We stayed for one night. There was a slight "hiccup" when we arrived but the front desk clerk took care of it immediately and was very apologetic. Great job, sir. It made our stay that much more pleasant.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the key card in my room door because I’m stupid. The front desk clerk assisted me without condescension! Breakfast was great!!! & the room was practically sterile!
